When contacting support, please include your platform (iOS or Android), app version, and a short description of the issue where possible. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or sensitive payment details.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Asr Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. To manage, cancel, or check billing status for a subscription, use the subscription settings in the store account where you purchased it.
You can use the restore purchases option inside the App to check previously purchased Premium access. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Data and Privacy
For privacy questions or data deletion requests, contact us by email. You can remove local app data by resetting data inside the App, clearing app data in device settings, or deleting the App from your device.
